1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We are working on expanding our shipping options to reach more customers in the future.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options depending on your location and order size. The available shipping methods will be displayed during checkout.
- Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day (available for certain locations)
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and your delivery address.
- Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount, which will be displayed during checkout or as part of a promotional offer. Terms and conditions for free shipping will apply.
- Please note that additional fees may apply for expedited shipping, express delivery, or special handling based on your location.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after the order is shipped.
6. Shipping Delays
- Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, high demand, or issues with the shipping carrier.
- If there is a significant delay in shipping, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide updates on your order status.
7. Missing or Damaged Items

8. Order Modifications or Cancellations
- If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
- In the case of cancellations after the order is shipped, you will need to follow our Refund and Returns Policy.
9. Risk of Loss
- Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you. We are not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during transit.
- If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. You may also contact us for assistance.
